Portable Power Station 365 Warranty Policy
Portable Power Station 365 is committed to supplying high-quality products and providing reliable after-sales support.
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from Portable Power Station 365 or through authorized sales channels.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Warranty Periods
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the following standard warranty periods apply from the date of delivery:

Warranty periods may vary by manufacturer and product model.
The product listing at the time of purchase shall determine the applicable warranty period.
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects resulting from:

Manufacturing defects

Material defects

Workmanship defects

Battery management system failures

Internal electronic component failures

Inverter failures under normal use

Charging system failures under normal use
Portable Power Station 365 may choose to:

Repair the product

Replace the product

Provide a refurbished replacement

Offer a refund where appropriate
4. Battery Capacity Expectations
Rechargeable lithium batteries naturally lose capacity over time.
Normal capacity degradation does not constitute a defect.
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, battery performance remains within specification provided the battery retains at least 70% of its original rated capacity during the warranty period.
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear
Including but not limited to:

Cosmetic scratches

Dents
-
Discoloration

Label wear

Surface damage
Misuse or Abuse
Including:

Improper installation

Incorrect charging methods

Unauthorized modifications

Use outside manufacturer specifications

Physical abuse

Water damage where not rated

Exposure to fire

Exposure to corrosive substances
External Causes
Including:

Flood

Lightning

Storm damage

Power surges

Electrical faults

Accidents

Negligence
Commercial Misapplication
Products used beyond their intended design specifications may not be covered.
6. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty may be void if:

Serial numbers are removed or altered

Product is disassembled by unauthorized persons

Unauthorized repairs are performed

Non-approved accessories cause damage

Product is used in violation of operating instructions
7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
During the warranty process:

Portable Power Station 365 may cover reasonable shipping costs for repair or replacement.
Non-Warranty Claims
Customers may be responsible for:

Inspection fees

Repair costs

Replacement part costs

9. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Products
Products reported as faulty within 14 days of delivery may qualify for:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portable Power Station 365 shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue

Loss of profits

Business interruption

Consequential losses
Except where such limitation is prohibited by Australian law.
11. Product Availability
Where an identical replacement is unavailable, Portable Power Station 365 may provide:

A comparable replacement product

Store credit

Refund at its discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
