Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided:

  • Product is unused

  • Product is in original packaging

  • All accessories are included

  • Product is in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for large battery systems or special-order products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Custom-configured systems

  • Installed products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect products

  • Missing items

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product experiences a major failure, customers may choose a refund, replacement, or repair as provided by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
